TSC Academy works!
The Security Company is the most innovative in crowd management and public safety. For example, The Security Company has a series of competence-oriented courses. TSC Academy consists of thirty courses in module form. These are given in-house to our own employees. The courses are in line with the wishes of our employees and our customers. TSC Academy is also called "our knowledge house", even more, our TSC Consulting department has emerged from here.
TSC Academy courses consist of one or more sessions and end with a (test and) certificate. Participation is free of charge, admission depends on the existing experience, skills, commitment and feasibility in practice.
We are keen to invest in our staff and are reaping the rewards in practice.

Employees of The Security Company are always 'fit to the job' and 'top of the bill'. Several customers have requested to offer one or more courses with them in their company or organization, or to organize with the client a tailored course.
